Cross-Gym Training

Edited

As a Gymnasium member, you can train at any of our five London locations — Brixton, Kennington, Twickenham, Wandsworth, and Ealing — up to once per week at a non-home gym. Some restrictions apply at peak times to protect access for home gym members.

 FAQs

1. Can I train at a Gymnasium location that isn’t my home gym?

Yes — you can visit any of our five locations up to once per week as a guest member. Some peak-time restrictions apply at certain gyms.

 2. Why are there peak-time restrictions at Brixton?

Brixton is one of our busiest locations. The restrictions ensure that Brixton members have fair access to classes at their home gym during peak times. We review these regularly using attendance data and waitlist information.

 3. Which classes at Brixton are restricted for non-Brixton members?

Non-Brixton members cannot book into the following peak-time classes:

•       CrossFit: weekdays at 5:45am, 6:45am, and 6:00pm; Saturday at 8:00am

•       DELTΔ: weekdays at 6:00am and 7:00am; Sunday at 9:00am

Additional restrictions may be introduced in future. This article will be updated if anything changes.

 4. Can I still visit Brixton for off-peak classes?

Yes — non-peak classes at Brixton remain open to non-Brixton members subject to availability.

 5. Will similar restrictions apply at other locations?

Currently the restrictions are specific to Brixton. We’ll communicate clearly if anything changes at other locations.

 6. Who do I contact if I have questions about cross-gym access?

Contact Member Support at support@gymnasium.fit and we’ll be happy to help.
