FAQs
1. What membership options do you offer?
We offer two main membership types — Gymnasium and Gymnasium Plus — available as monthly rolling or fixed-term (3 or 6 month) options. There are also Introductory Memberships for new members and Class Packs for those who prefer flexibility. Speak to a coach or contact Member Support to find the best fit.
2. What’s the difference between Gymnasium and Gymnasium Plus?
Gymnasium membership gives you access to DELTΔ, Hyrox, Open Gym, Motion, Run Club, and Events. Gymnasium Plus adds access to Athletica (our higher-skill CrossFit-based track). Both are available in Anytime and limited class options depending on location.
3. How much do memberships cost?
Prices vary by location. Get in touch with your nearest gym or contact Member Support and we’ll walk you through what’s available.
4. Is there a joining fee?
No. There are no joining fees at Gymnasium.
5. Are there contracts?
Monthly rolling memberships have no fixed term — you can cancel with 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. Introductory and discounted 3 or 6-month memberships have a fixed term and are non-cancellable during that period.
6. What is an Introductory Membership?
A special one-time offer for new members only. Introductory Memberships are available once per person and automatically convert to a monthly membership at full price at the end of the term unless cancelled beforehand.
7. What are Class Packs?
Class Packs let you pay upfront for a set number of sessions (8 or 16) instead of a monthly membership. They’re valid for 12 months from purchase. Great for people who train irregularly or are new to London.
8. Can I only attend one class per day?
Yes — all memberships allow one coached class per day. A no-show counts as your class for that day.
9. What is a Transfer Membership?
When a gym joins the Gymnasium family, existing members may be offered a Transfer Membership. Previous operator pricing or entitlements don’t continue beyond the transfer date, and transfer discounts are time-limited.
10. How do I sign up?
You can join online via our website, or speak to a coach at your nearest location. Drop-in sessions are available for £25 (reimbursed if you join) so you can try us before committing
