1. What are Introductory Memberships?
Special one-time offers for new members only.
Available if you’ve never been a member before.
Can only be purchased once per person.
2. What happens when my Introductory Membership ends?
It will automatically renew onto a monthly membership at the regular price.
We’ll notify you before this happens so you can choose to continue, pause, or cancel.
3. Can I cancel or refund an Introductory Membership?
Intro memberships are non-refundable, unless you’re within the 14-day cooling-off period (if purchased online).
You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time, but your intro period will run until its end date.
Tip: An Introductory Membership is the best-value way to try Gymnasium if you’re new.
