3. What do you mean by “continuous membership”?
“Continuous” means your membership has stayed active without cancellation.
Pauses (for injury, travel, etc.) do not break continuity — your loyalty time keeps building.
Cancellations reset your loyalty back to zero if you rejoin later.
4. Do all membership types qualify?
Yes — all memberships count towards continuous loyalty time, and all members qualify for:
Pauses (where eligible, e.g., medical, holiday for loyalty members)
Waitlist priority (tenure is considered when spaces open)
Where they differ is the loyalty discount:
Gymnasium and Plus memberships → eligible for loyalty discount, £5 per year of continuous membership (applied automatically).
Delta / Limited (9x or 13x classes/month) → no discount, but loyalty time still builds. If you later switch to a Gymnasium or Plus plan, your discount will apply at that point.
5. What are Loyalty Holiday/Travel Pauses?
Members with long-term continuous membership can take holiday pauses at no charge:
2+ years → up to 2 weeks (in 1-week increments) per year
4+ years → up to 4 weeks (in 1-week increments) per year
Request holiday pauses via Member Support, Chat, WhatsApp or website
Reset each year
6. How do I know if I have Loyalty Benefits?
Check your membership profile in WodBoard or contact Member Support — we can confirm your loyalty status and discount.
7. What happens if I cancel and rejoin later?
Loyalty resets.
If you cancel and then rejoin, your loyalty time starts again from zero.
Pausing does not reset loyalty — your continuous time carries on.
8. Do Loyalty Benefits give me priority on waitlists?
Yes — tenure (how long you’ve been a member) is considered when we manage waitlists. This helps reward long-serving members with fair access.
Tip: If you’re thinking of cancelling, consider a pause or downgrade instead — that way you’ll keep your loyalty benefits intact.
