Gym Membership Waitlists
Membership Waitlists – What You Need to Know
We don’t oversubscribe our gyms — we want you to be able to train when you want, without overcrowding. When we reach certain thresholds for a membership type, we use waitlists to keep class sizes fair and manageable.
Spots on the waitlist are filled as members leave, and offers are made in order. Longer-serving members have priority through our loyalty scheme, so tenure is taken into account when we manage the list.

FAQs – Membership Waitlists
1. What is a membership waitlist?
A waitlist is used when a membership type (e.g., Gymnasium Plus Anytime) is at full capacity. Joining the waitlist means you’ll be offered the next available spot when one opens.
2. How do I join a waitlist?
Contact Member Support.
We’ll confirm if the membership is full
Add you to the waitlist in order of request date and membership tenure
Send you a confirmation email
3. How long will I be on the waitlist?
It depends on demand — spots are offered as members leave.
We can give you an approximate idea of your position, but we can’t guarantee a timeframe.
4. What happens when a space becomes available?
We’ll email you with the offer
You’ll have 48 hours to accept
If you accept, we’ll set up your membership right away or when it is available (usually next billing date).
If you decline or don’t respond in time, the spot will be offered to the next person
5. Can I stay on the waitlist if I decline an offer?
No — if you decline, you’ll need to rejoin the waitlist and your request date resets.
6. Can I stay on a waitlist while holding another membership?
Yes — you can remain on a waitlist while using a different membership. This is a good option if you want to keep training in the meantime.
7. What if the membership I want is full, but I’m ready to upgrade?
If a spot is available, we’ll process your upgrade immediately. If not, we’ll add you to the waitlist until a space opens.
8. What happens if I don’t respond to a waitlist offer?
If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, your spot will be offered to the next person.
You’ll need to rejoin the waitlist if you’d still like to be considered later.
9. How will I know my position on the waitlist?
We can tell you approximately where you are in line, but not an exact date for when a spot will open.
Tip: To avoid missing out, make sure your contact details are up-to-date in your profile — all waitlist offers are sent by email.
