"I'm thinking of cancelling — what are my options?"
Before you cancel, it's worth knowing what your options are because cancelling isn't always the best fit for your situation, and it does have one significant consequence: it resets any loyalty benefits you've built up. If you cancel and rejoin later, your loyalty starts from zero.
If your situation is temporary, a pause or downgrade might be a better fit:
Pause - available for injury, medical reasons, redundancy, maternity/paternity leave, or travel (if you have 2+ years of membership). Your spot is held and loyalty is protected.
Downgrade - drop to a cheaper membership while you're away or training less. You can switch back when you're ready. Loyalty is fully preserved.
If you do want to cancel, here's how it works:
Give at least 7 days' notice before the 1st of the month
Your membership stays active until the end of the paid period
Cancellations must be submitted via email not via coaches, WhatsApp, or in person
On a fixed-term membership (3 or 6 months)? These can't be cancelled mid-term, though the 14-day cooling-off period applies if you joined online.
We'd always encourage you to get in touch before cancelling - we can talk through what's available and help you find the right option. Contact Member Support or the Gym team and we'll take it from there.
