1. What facilities are included?
Every Gymnasium location has showers with body wash and shampoo, hair dryers and/or straighteners, shower towels, water stations, and changing rooms stocked with hair ties, face wipes, deodorant, and lotion. Protein shakes, bars, and energy drinks are available from our vending machines.
2. How long are classes?
Classes run to the hour, with approximately 40 minutes of actual training time. That allows for a thorough warm-up and cool-down.
3. How far in advance can I book?
You can book into a class up to 7 days before via the Gymnasium app or website.
4. How busy are classes?
Class sizes are capped to maintain coaching quality. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist.
5. Do you offer Open Gym?
Yes, at certain times. Open Gym lets you book a studio slot to work independently, practise a skill, or catch up on a missed session. A coach is on hand to support you.
6. Can I train at different Gymnasium locations?
Yes. You can train at another Gymnasium location once a week, though restrictions apply at some gyms during peak times. See our Cross-Gym Access article for details.
7. Do you offer nutrition advice?
Yes. Our Fuel programme focuses on nutrition and wellness. We run lectures and seminars with industry-leading experts, and offer Fundamentals and Body Composition nutrition courses throughout the year.
