Cancelling a Monthly Membership
Monthly memberships are billed on the 1st of each month. This article explains how to cancel correctly and what happens if you cancel late.

1. How do I cancel my membership?
Email Member Support or use the cancellation form. Cancellations cannot be processed via coaches, WhatsApp, or in person.
2. How much notice do I need to give?
At least 7 days before the 1st.
Cancel with proper notice → your membership runs until the end of the paid month, then stops.
Cancel late (within 7 days of the 1st) → the system charges the next month’s payment.
3. What if I cancel too late?
Your membership will stay active until the end of the next paid month. Contact Member Support to review your request.
4. What happens if I forget to cancel?
If your request comes after billing, your membership stays active until the end of that month.
5. Can I pause or downgrade instead of cancelling?
Yes — if your situation is temporary, a pause or downgrade may be a better fit. Contact Member Support for options.
