1. Am I entitled to a refund?
Refunds are given when:
There was a billing or admin error on our part.
You were charged after correctly cancelling with notice.
You have a confirmed medical reason, and a pause isn’t suitable.
2. What is the 14-day cooling-off period?
If you join online (without visiting or meeting online in person), you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of starting and receive a refund for unused time.
Does not apply to renewals or changes.
Does not apply if you signed up on-site.
3. How do I dispute a charge?
Contact Member Support with:
Your name and home gym
Date and amount of the charge
Why you believe it’s incorrect
We’ll review your account and reply within 1 working day.
4. Can I get a refund for penalty fees?
Penalty fees follow our Late Cancellation & No-Show policy. They are only refunded in rare cases, such as system errors or genuine emergencies.
