Cancelling a membership doesn’t always stop payments immediately. This article explains why charges may still occur after cancellation and what the rules are.

1. I was charged after cancelling – why?

  • If you cancel with less than 7 days’ notice before the 1st, the system will still take your final payment on the 1st. Your membership then runs until the end of that month.

  • You may also have had outstanding penalty fees, which are billed separately.


2. Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
No — memberships are non-transferable.
