Cancelling a membership doesn’t always stop payments immediately. This article explains why charges may still occur after cancellation and what the rules are.

1. I was charged after cancelling – why?
If you cancel with less than 7 days’ notice before the 1st, the system will still take your final payment on the 1st. Your membership then runs until the end of that month.
You may also have had outstanding penalty fees, which are billed separately.
2. Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
No — memberships are non-transferable.
