Credits & Adjustments

Credits and pro-rata adjustments are designed to keep things fair if your membership changes. Here’s how they work.

1. What is a pro-rata credit?
If you downgrade or pause mid-month, the unused portion is credited to your account. This credit will automatically apply to future bills.

2. I have a credit on my account – how will it be used?
Credits are automatically applied to your next payment.

• If the credit covers your full bill, no payment will be taken that month.

3. How do referral credits work?
If you refer a friend and they take out a monthly rolling or 3/6-month membership (not a trial), your referral credit is applied automatically.

• Credit = 25% off your next bill.

• If your bill is less than the credit, the balance carries over.
