If you have loyalty benefits: Yes — you can take a Travel/Holiday Pause. We’ll hold your spot and reactivate automatically.
If you don’t have loyalty benefits: Options are:
Keep your membership active (possibly downgrade while away).
Cancel and rejoin later (note: loyalty resets, and waitlist rules may apply).
2. How long can I pause for travel or holidays?
2+ years continuous membership → up to 2 weeks.
4+ years continuous membership → up to 4 weeks.
📌 Pauses are in 1-week blocks.
3. Will I keep my loyalty benefits during a holiday pause?
Yes — loyalty is held.
