Big life changes like redundancy, maternity, or paternity leave may mean you need time away from training. Here’s how we support you while protecting your membership benefits.

1. Can I pause for redundancy?
Yes — up to 6 months. Loyalty benefits are held but not accrued.

2. Can I pause for maternity leave?
Yes — up to 12 months. Loyalty benefits are held.

3. Can I pause for paternity leave?
Yes — up to 6 months. Loyalty benefits are held.

4. What about compassionate reasons?
We review these on a case-by-case basis. If approved, your membership is paused with your spot held.
