Injury Pauses

Edited

Injuries can happen, and we want to make sure you recover safely while keeping your place in the gym. This article explains the different injury options and what’s required before you return.

FAQs

1. Can I pause for an injury?
Yes — there are three options:

  • Coach Meeting: adapt your training with guidance.

  • Rehab Membership: reduced classes & recovery sessions (max 2 months, monthly members only).

  • Injury Pause: minimum 4 weeks, maximum 6 weeks, requires a Fit to Return to restart membership

For long-term injuries, we can pause for up to 6 months (treated as a cancellation with rejoin rights).

2. What is a Fit to Return (FTR)?
A written note from a doctor, physio, osteopath, or chiropractor confirming you’re safe to return. Required before restarting after an injury pause.

3. Do I need medical proof to pause for injury?
Not to start the pause — but you must provide a Fit to Return before reactivating.

4. What happens if I can’t provide a Fit to Return?
We’ll discuss options. In some cases, you may self-certify, but this could mean your pause is treated like a cancellation.

5. Can I return earlier than 4 weeks?
Yes — as long as you have your Fit to Return.
