Yes — we’ll always listen and review the details. Waivers are rare to keep things fair, but we consider your history and the situation before deciding.

Usually not waived:

  • Feeling unwell

  • Work running late

  • Forgetting to check your waitlist promotion

  • Changing to a different class - cancelled within late cancellation window

May be waived:

  • Sudden illness or emergency

  • Serious personal situation

  • Confirmed system error
