How Late Cancel & No-Show Fees are Charged

Edited

Late Cancel & No-Show Fees are added automatically to your account. Here’s how and when charges apply, including what happens if you switch classes or if there isn’t a waitlist.

FAQ's

1. How will I be charged?
Fees are added to your next monthly membership payment, or invoiced separately if you don’t have a payment due.

2. Do I still get charged if the class has no waitlist?
Yes — fees still apply. Even without a waitlist, a late cancellation or no-show can stop someone from training.

For example, last-minute switching can block a member from taking your spot — especially if they left the waitlist thinking they wouldn’t get a place.

3. What if I switch to another class instead of cancelling?
If you switch after the late cancellation cut-off, the original booking will still be charged a Late Cancel & No-Show fee.

This is because the late change can prevent another member from attending the original class.
