To make sure classes are as fully utilised as possible, our booking system automatically promotes members from the waitlist into available spots overnight. This helps reduce empty spaces and keeps access fair.

1. What is overnight promotion?
Between 10:00pm and 9:00am, the system automatically moves members from the waitlist into open spots in classes.
2. What happens if I’m promoted overnight?
You’ll receive a notification that you’ve been moved into class.
If you don’t attend and haven’t cancelled, it will count as a no-show (£10 fee).
3. What if I don’t check my promotion in the morning?
You’re still responsible for your booking.
If you can’t reliably check before class, we recommend removing yourself from the waitlist the night before.
4. How do I avoid being charged if I’m unsure?
If you know your morning is uncertain, remove yourself from the waitlist before 10:00pm.
This prevents you from being promoted overnight and incurring a fee.
5. Why does Gymnasium run overnight promotions?
It ensures classes are as full as possible.
It gives members on the waitlist a fair chance to train.
It helps reduce wasted spots in high-demand sessions.
