1. How do I avoid a Late Cancel & No-Show Fee?
Cancel as early as you can:
Morning classes (before 9am): cancel by 10:00pm the night before
All other classes: cancel at least 1 hour before the start time
Remove yourself from the waitlist the night before if you’re unsure you can attend
This helps another member take your place and keeps things running smoothly.
2. What is a late cancellation?
When you cancel too close to the class start time:
Morning classes: after 10:00pm the night before
All other classes: less than 1 hour before
Fee: £5
3. What is a no-show?
When you don’t attend a booked class and don’t cancel.
Fee: £10
4. Do Late Cancel & No-Show Fees apply to Open Gym?
No — Open Gym sessions are not charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
