Late Cancel & No-Show Fees are in place to keep bookings fair and classes running smoothly. This section explains what late cancellations and no-shows mean, and how you can avoid them.

1. How do I avoid a Late Cancel & No-Show Fee?
Cancel as early as you can:

  • Morning classes (before 9am): cancel by 10:00pm the night before

  • All other classes: cancel at least 1 hour before the start time

  • Remove yourself from the waitlist the night before if you’re unsure you can attend
    This helps another member take your place and keeps things running smoothly.


2. What is a late cancellation?
When you cancel too close to the class start time:

  • Morning classes: after 10:00pm the night before

  • All other classes: less than 1 hour before

  • Fee: £5


3. What is a no-show?
When you don’t attend a booked class and don’t cancel.

  • Fee: £10


4. Do Late Cancel & No-Show Fees apply to Open Gym?
No — Open Gym sessions are not charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
