We love it when members bring friends into the Gymnasium community. You can invite a friend for a free trial, and if they join on a full membership, you’ll be rewarded with referral credits.

FAQs – Referrals & Guest Passes
1. Can I invite a friend to try Gymnasium?
Yes! Every member can invite friends to join us for a free guest week.
Guest weeks can be booked through your in-Gym Team, Member Support or any of the coaches.
Guests can attend classes for 7 days.
Each new friend can use one free week.
2. What is a referral credit?
A referral credit is a reward you earn when a friend you refer joins Gymnasium on a full membership.
3. How much is a referral credit worth?
Referral credits give you 25% off your monthly membership fee.
Example: if your membership is £235/month, you’ll save £58.75.
4. When do I get my referral credit?
You’ll earn the credit once your friend joins on one of the following:
A 3-month upfront membership
A 6-month upfront membership
A rolling monthly membership
📌 Referral credits do not apply to first month offers or trials
5. How does Gymnasium know I referred a friend?
Your friend should add your name in the “referrer” box when joining through WodBoard.
Or, you can let Member Support know and we’ll apply it manually.
Your credit will then automatically be applied to your next month’s bill.
6. Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes — there’s no limit! Each friend who joins on an eligible membership earns you another 25% credit. If you refer two friends in one month, your credits will be applied to consecutive months.
7. What if my friend doesn’t join after their free week?
They’re welcome to enjoy the guest pass, but you’ll only earn a credit if they sign up for an eligible membership.
