1. When will my membership payment be taken?
All monthly memberships are billed in advance on the 1st of each month — this date can’t be changed. If you join or renew partway through the month, your first payment will be prorated for the days until the 1st.


2. What is a pro-rata payment or credit?
A pro-rata adjustment is a partial payment or credit to cover part of a month:

  • Joining/Renewing mid-month: you’ll pay a reduced amount for the days until the 1st.

  • Upgrading mid-month: you’ll be charged a pro-rata amount for the price difference.

  • Downgrading mid-month: a credit will be added to your account for the unused portion.
